Spring Has Sprung (at least for now)

The warm weather has put some pep in my step. Hooray! I would also like to dedicate my glass-half-full workouts to my online friend Chia Runner .

This is a short post because I really should be working right now.

Yesterday's workout:
6 mile run
3 x (12 push-ups and 12 military presses)
plank series
150 crunches

Today's workout:
20 minute warm-up
20 minutes at tempo pace
20 minutes at easy pace
20 minutes at tempo pace
2 mile cool-down

Super jealous, congrats on the proper weather! In the midst of a blizzard here and stuck at work over in Holland, MI (right on the lakeshore) and have to take the romp all the way back into Grand Rapids (25 miles east). This should be fun :-).

It's nice to see someone else that takes time to enjoy a proper warm-up and cool down. Too many people I know discount those aspects at a detriment to their ability to recover properly. I love my 15-20 minutes to get into the groove. It's almost more important than the actual trot itself, in my humble opinion.

Happy training Molly! I'm honoured to be mentioned on your online arena *blush*.
